Team Leader - Full time Before and After School OOSH - Denham Court Whoosh Care is a boutique before and after school care provider established in 2015. We operate high-quality OSHC services with a strong focus on children’s voices, educator development, and meaningful relationships with school communities. We are a small, privately owned, organisation by design. This allows us to maintain high standards, provide genuine support to our leaders, and prioritise quality practice over volume. New year, new role- January 2026 start. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our OSHC service at Denham Court Public School. This role is responsible for the daily operation of the service, including program delivery, team leadership, and compliance with legislation, policies, and the National Quality Framework. This is a full time position covering some mornings and five afternoons, with more than 14 hours administration time each week. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service Plan and deliver engaging weekly programs for children K–6 Involve children in program planning and document learning and experiences Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community Lead daily routines and transitions in a calm, structured manner Supervise, mentor, and support a team of educators Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and quality standards Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and support team.
