Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a passionate and skilled Vocational English Teacher to join our dynamic Vocational English team. This role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality vocational education and training in English language, with a strong focus on supporting adult migrant learners through the AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program). As a Vocational English Teacher , you will: Deliver Certificate in EAL Frameworks across all levels, helping students improve their English proficiency and achieve settlement goals. Design and facilitate engaging, culturally responsive EAL lessons tailored to learners from diverse backgrounds. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and share high‑quality teaching resources . Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methods , ensuring learning outcomes are met. Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity and encourages active participation. Complete all required delivery, assessment, reporting, and resulting documentation in line with institute standards.
