Act as the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and operational supply questions for department managers and other functions. Work actively with the commercial team to secure range management processes regarding sales space parameters, expected sales start, quantity, and remaining outgoing quantities. Support sales with planning and follow‑up of activities, maintaining the store's assortment including news and outgoing items; proactively identify deviations, analyse root causes, and propose continuous improvement solutions. Secure correct stock accuracy by proactively monitoring and taking necessary actions. Plan and execute local Commercial activations to maximise commercial opportunities and continue to grow and appeal to our customer base. Engage confidently with business partners to foster collaboration and drive operational excellence. Qualifications & Attributes Analytically minded with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Passionate about data analysis and problem‑solving, proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong multitasking abilities, adept at managing time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Forward‑thinking, calm under pressure, takes ownership of quick decisions and problem‑solving; highly organised with a flexible, growth‑mindset. Confident communicator, engaging and influencing stakeholders and business partners to deliver business goals. Interest in logistics processes, comfortable operating at both tactical and operational levels, with a proven track record of achieving results. Self‑driven and proactive, capable of capitalising on tasks without strict direction and working autonomously.
