Join to apply for the Partner Project Manager role at monday.com . Our Professional Services organization is growing and we are looking for a Partner Project Manager (PPM) to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in driving monday.com’s service delivery at scale, ensuring that our regional service partners deliver high‑quality services to clients and drive customer success. You will foster relationships with the partner’s delivery teams, including implementation consultants, business analysts, developers and other delivery functions, and manage PS projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end PS projects with partners, collaborating with monday.com’s client‑facing teams and partners. Ensure high quality and smooth project delivery at scale by implementing monday.com best practices and project methodologies. Build and maintain relationships with monday.com delivery partners to assure successful deliveries. Build and design complex and customized technical solutions for customers’ specific needs. Track and monitor PS activities at scale while collecting valuable data to make data‑driven decisions. Train and enable new service partners, and maintain a strong Center of Excellence (CoE) for existing service delivery partners. Deliver technical workshops to partners. Serve as an escalation point for partners and their clients throughout the PS project delivery process. Requirements 3+ years as a Professional Services consultant / technical project manager in a global company with cloud‑based products. Deliver complex professional services solutions in high quality, both internally and externally (via partners). Project management skills and experience with PS lifecycle methodologies for technical and non‑technical projects. Experience with PS project scoping and estimations. Proven experience in delivering technical training and workshops with excellent feedback. Experience in partnerships and working with service partners – an advantage. Excellent English, excellent interpersonal, very customer‑centric, can‑do approach, works well under pressure.
