E&I QAQC Advisor – UGL UGL is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced E&I QA/QC professional to join our team on the Chevron, Wheatstone project. This site-based (2:2) role is part of the onsite team dedicated to delivering front‑end readiness for Wheatstone Brownfields projects. About the Role The purpose of the role is to manage E&I QA/QC inputs and outputs for the Chevron Brownfields project, Perth and Site Execution Team, ensuring that the project achieves quality outcomes. Deliver assurance, systems & process excellence, and safe, timely scope completion in compliance with UGL and Chevron requirements. Contractual compliance and achievement of quality objectives are key deliverables. Key Responsibilities Commit to a safe and productive working environment. Review and verify work packs for accuracy, completion and compliance with standards and specifications. Verify work meets required acceptance criteria, including industry best practice, client specifications and Australian Standards. Support audits, inspections and quality reporting as required. Identify, investigate and advise on discipline‑specific NCRs. Manage hazardous area deliverables. Liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and training to execution teams. Maintain good relationships with the client, subcontractors, Chevron and UGL team members. Schedule and manage quality activities per the inspection plans. Resolve day‑to‑day challenges and inform of quality incidents that may threaten project outcomes. Ensure quality reporting is issued on time to client, project and site leadership. Review upcoming scopes of work to ensure quality delivery from design to completion. Review quality trends and initiate quality improvement initiatives. Manage completion processes, including sign-off of all Inspection & Test Records (ITRs).
