Role model high-quality educational practice and active supervision. Ensure environments are safe, clean, and aesthetically aligned to our Nido philosophy. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes. Maintain accurate records for staff and children, ensuring compliance at all times. Act as WHS representative, supporting safety checks, drills, and risk management. Provide operational coverage when the Executive Service Manager is absent. Lead by example in demonstrating consistency, respect, intentionality, collaboration and speaking up What you’ll bring Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). At least 2 years’ experience as a Lead Educator. Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the National Quality Framework. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
