Role Overview A productive day at our brand‑new bakery in Nambeelup, WA, as part of the Operations team, assisting with administration, customer service, and bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities Manage the Reception desk, answer calls and provide customer service support. Provide administrative support to the site Operations team. Raise and process Purchase Orders, supplier orders, and supplier reconciliations. Organise and maintain databases, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats. Manage various scheduled and ad‑hoc production and operations reports. Coordinate staff events, manage the Health and Safety Register, and assist the Operations Team with incident reports and investigation record‑keeping. Perform ad‑hoc general administrative duties when required. Display the ARYZTA Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care. About You We are looking for an experienced administration assistant who is confident, reliable and has great customer service and organisation skills. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Superior attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to multi‑task and prioritise work. Proactiveness and a can‑do attitude. Excellent time management and written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively using initiative. Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt. Proficiency in relevant IT skills such as MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); working knowledge of systems like MS Great Plains or Kronos will be advantageous.
