Some of key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing customer accounts and service delivery Leading and managing a small team of field service technicians Planning and overseeing job scheduling, resourcing, and performance Achieving revenue, gross margin, and other financial targets Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth Building strong, lasting customer relationships What makes you stand out Ideal candidates will have proven experience providing both excellent customer service and employee management within an HVAC&R Service environment, and; Have strong communication and customer service skills Display leadership qualities to effectively manage a team of HVAC&R tradespeople Be conscientious, with an ability to manage both internal and external facing elements of their role Financial literacy: interpreting budgets, forecasts, and trends Culture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success.
