Your Team This role is part of the Production Management Team for Edge (the new flagship platform for CFS), a high‑impact team with accountability for embedding the new technology platform powering the next generation Wrap Market Offer. The Production Management Team is part of the IT infrastructure, Operations and Wrap Technology division within CFS, working closely across the whole of CFS to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to our customers and to our people. Your Responsibilities Scope Definition and Management Define business goals, create business cases, and ensure proposed changes deliver business value through cost‑benefit analysis and benefits realisation. Engage in post‑implementation review, act as SME to senior stakeholders, and provide evaluative judgment in complex situations. Requirements Definition Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and environment using tools like workshops to elicit requirements. Document current and future state processes to ensure requirements align with initiative objectives. Solution Assessment Identify root causes of problems, recommend solutions, and provide interim workarounds to achieve desired outcomes. Conduct analysis for business issues, engage in post‑implementation reviews, and contribute to solution design and testing. Requirements Management & Support Assess impacts of changes to requirements throughout the initiative, support risk and issue processes, and ensure delivery of business and technology solutions. Act as SME to senior stakeholders, support testing activities, and provide guidance for problem analysis and diagnosis. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management Enhance business analysis capabilities by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching other analysts. Develop and maintain technical support documentation, considering the implications of technology on the current environment. Your Capability And Experience Experience in technology roles, Technical Business Analysis and/or production/application support in Wealth Management, Superannuation, or Financial Services. Sound knowledge in agile delivery and mindset, including demonstrated experience playing the Iteration Manager (or equivalent) role. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver technology features across platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Passionate, curious, and continuous learning mindset for latest technologies and trends in financial platforms.
