You will mentor junior staff, contribute to new client acquisitions, and drive continuous improvement within the team. A degree in Accounting, with a CA or CPA qualification in progress or completed. Strong technical expertise in Australian tax legislation, compliance, and reporting. Hands-on experience with GST, BAS, and IAS lodgments. Familiarity with corporate governance and ATO compliance matters. Experience reviewing and providing feedback on work prepared by junior staff. A track record of delivering exceptional client service and building trusted relationships. Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanour. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBook Ready to Take the Next Step?
