MSP Activities: Perform the function of the Project Test and Evaluation subject matter expert; Development of appropriate engineering and technical documentation and activities executed in accordance with relevant legislation, doctrine, policies and standards, which will support the LND8710 Program’s outcomes; Obtain and exercise a Delegated Technical Authority; and Development of subordinate staff knowledge and skills within the Engineering Services team to ensure knowledge and know-how within the LND8710 Program. MSP Outcomes: Manage the LND8710 Program Test and Evaluation Plans, and Chair the Test and Evaluation Working Group; Review, comment and approval of engineering deliverables in line with the contracted timeframes; Achievement of technical milestones defined in the Shipbuilding contract; and Reporting of technical, environmental and safety risks.
