Your role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Shepparton site. This pivotal role is responsible for driving a culture of safety quality and operational excellence across all production areas. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety Health & Environment) regulations and standards. Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards. Monitor daily production targets and support Team Leaders in achieving KPIs. Drive CI initiatives to improve output reduce waste and enhance efficiency. Manage labour schedules overtime approvals and leave planning to meet budget targets. Collaborate with Planning QA and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards. Formal Lean / Continuous Improvement certification. Experience with GMP / HACCP standards. Hands‑on leadership style with mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication coaching and problem‑solving skills.
