This is your chance to step into a role with one of Australia's most respected developer builders. You'll join a team of industry experts and be responsible for shaping the success of high-quality projects from conception to completion. The Role Finishes Foreman on a multi level luxury residential development Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme Ability to work autonomously looking after Finishes and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff Excellent build knowledge and people management We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required Experience/Qualifications Required Minimum 5 year's proven experience as a Finishes Foreman delivering large-scale commercial towers or residential apartments for a head contractor for Australia. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred). Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
