Their Queensland division is delivering some of the region's most iconic projects — combining innovative design, precision workmanship, and a supportive team culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and career development. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of all finishes and internal works through to handover on a luxury high-rise residential project in Redcliffe. You'll lead subcontractors, drive program outcomes, maintain strict quality and safety standards, and ensure the project delivers the premium finishes the company is known for. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors Drive construction programs and short-term look-ahead schedules Maintain quality assurance and oversee defect management to handover Support cost control measures and deliver works within budget Enforce and promote site safety and compliance standards Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues Contribute to a high-performing and positive site culture About You ?? Minimum 5+ years' experience supervising high-rise finishing trades ?? Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver high-end finishes ??
