Part-time Web/Graphic Designer (20-25 hours per week) Part-Time Designer (20-25 Hours/Week, with potential to go full-time) Location: Remote (preference for Sydney based) Hours: 20-25 hours per week About Digital Rhinos Digital Rhinos is a SaaS marketing agency specialising in scaling high-growth B2B SaaS companies ($2M-$20M ARR). We help our clients achieve efficient and scalable growth through paid media automation, SaaS-specific SEO, conversion‑driven design, and AI‑powered campaign optimisation. What You'll Be Doing Design high-performance ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and programmatic display ads tailored to B2B SaaS audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop conversion‑optimised landing pages that align with SaaS industry best practices. Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency across various campaigns while standing out in the crowded SaaS space. Create engaging micro‑animations or interactive assets for digital campaigns to drive engagement. Work closely with paid media strategists and content marketers to iterate and optimise designs based on performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions). Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media assets, refining designs based on performance insights. What We're Looking For Proven SaaS Experience – understand the SaaS audience and have experience designing for B2B growth campaigns. Minimum 2+ years of experience in SaaS design and working with B2B growth campaigns. Performance‑Driven Mindset – recognise that good design is about conversion rates and engagement. Expertise in Key Tools – proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva for quick iterations. Understanding of Ad Platforms – familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta’s ad specs and best practices. Strong Communication Skills – ability to present design rationale and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Ability to Work in an Agile Environment – quick turnaround times, testing different variations, and optimising based on data. Bonus Skills – experience in UI/UX for SaaS landing pages, video development/editing, AI platforms, email design, or motion graphics. Australian work rights are required for this position.
