Overview The ERP Integrations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, support, development and maintenance of the Navision (LS Retail) ERP and its integrated platforms within City Beach. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of the ERP and related infrastructure within the organisation. Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Responsibilities Plan, design and implement Navision ERP enhancements and changes within agreed timeframes. Manage detailed documentation of end‑to‑end solutions implementation. Drive cutting‑edge solutions, staying up to date with technology best practices to ensure City Beach is leveraging the best fit solution for any given challenge. Collaborate to support the maintenance, administration, testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics of system infrastructure. Support and maintenance of Navision ERP and related infrastructure systems. Plan, design and implement technical solutions and projects in the Navision ERP space. Train and mentor junior staff as an Navision ERP subject‑matter expert. Build relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the operations, support, and maintenance of enterprise ERP systems. Solid understanding of networking and server infrastructure as it relates to ERP environments. Proven background in project management and engaging with stakeholders. Strong interest in interconnected system landscapes, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and remediation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems as required. Advanced knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with the following systems will be highly regarded: Navision / Business Central, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, LS Retail / LS Central, Order Management, JET reports.
