Your new role Join our national Hays Strategic Account Management team as a Client Services Coordinator. This is a full-time, 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent. This role is based in Sydney CBD and commencing immediately. In this role, you’ll manage key customer relationships, focusing on long-term value creation, strategic alignment, and partnership development. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for tactical stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Procurement, and People & Culture teams across a national client portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, culture, talent needs, and engagement strategy. Lead service review meetings, ensuring alignment with contracted terms and SLAs, using storytelling techniques to present insights and recommendations. Analyse data and provide business intelligence to drive decision-making. Ensure recruitment services consistently meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs. Support internal teams through operational enablement, training, and upskilling. What you'll need to succeed Professional presentation and confidence in client-facing environments. A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and strategic outcomes. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholders. Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
