Full Job Description This high-profile contract offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned technical Credit Risk Data Analytics Consultant to join the Billing and Credit function of a leading organisation. This covers credit and fraud risk assessment, collections, recoveries, and billing activities. You’ll shape and deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and visualisation solutions that drive operational excellence, minimise bad debt, and improve customer outcomes across the full credit lifecycle; including financial hardship programs. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Customer Insights, Product, and Service, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions and influence senior leadership. Key responsibilities: Manipulating large amounts of data to develop reporting Design and automate high-impact dashboards and performance reports Deliver timely, data-driven insights to inform decision-making and performance optimisation Build predictive models to identify and support customers in financial hardship Ensure governance, accuracy, and alignment across enterprise reporting Engage and influence senior stakeholders to embed data-led decision-making About you: You’ll bring over five years of experience in analytics, reporting, or performance management within complex, data-rich environments. Experience in collections and hardship analytics is essential. Experience in billing, collections, or credit risk is essential. Technically proficient across tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel, you combine analytical depth with strong commercial awareness. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
