Using your ability to implement and lead change to transform our emergency care practices, ensuring we deliver optimal patient outcomes. Bringing innovative thinking, strategic foresight, and exceptional communication skills to drive initiatives that anticipate and address challenges proactively. Elevating our emergency care practices ensuring the adherence and delivery to KPI's set by the Victorian Department of Health performance framework.
