This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that will see you driving complex programs from concept to completion — managing teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of outcomes that make a real difference. About the role This is a 12-month full-time contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. This position can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney. Lead end-to-end delivery of key business transformation projects. Manage internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Executives, to align and drive outcomes. Define, track, and report on key milestones, ensuring strong governance and adherence to delivery frameworks. Partner with Finance Business Partners to track and report on project financials. Develop and execute change and communication strategies that support smooth adoption across the business. Drive a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Champion resilience and continuous improvement through effective change management. Who are you? 5+ years’ experience delivering business transformation projects in complex, dynamic environments. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results on time and within scope. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders. Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to simplify complexity. Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Hands‑on delivery focus, with a flexible approach to stakeholder needs. Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies. Experience with change management and communications as part of project delivery. Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or similar is highly desirable. A background in business analysis and strong commercial acumen will be highly regarded. News Benefits Access to publications and products from across the News Corp family.
