Morrows Logistics Pty Ltd – Keysborough VIC We are a leading transport and logistics company based in Keysborough, and we are looking for experienced Loaders to join our growing team for our Afternoon Shift (5pm - 1am). About the Role: As a Loader, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight. You will be responsible for loading and securing freight onto trucks and trailers, maintaining safety and accuracy throughout the process. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, enjoys physical work, and thrives in a busy environment. On-site training will be provided. Pre‑requisites: All costs for the above will be covered by Morrows Logistics. All applicants must have a valid Australian driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: Loading and unloading trucks and trailers with large freight Strapping and securing freight for safe transportation Manual Handling up to 25kg Assisting in the coordination of freight movements Performing regular checks to ensure safety standards are met Adhering to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations Collaborating with drivers and other team members to meet delivery schedules Ensure correct storage and handling for dangerous goods What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Loader Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety An understanding of Mass Management requirements Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines Valid forklift license Good communication and teamwork skills Work hours - 5pm to 1am Competitive hourly rate: $33 - $36 per hour Opportunity to work in a growing company with career advancement potential Supportive team environment How to Apply: If you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and meet the above criteria, click the "Apply" button and submit your resume.
