Position: New Graduate Speech Pathologist Therapy Pro, part of the Australian Health & Therapy Group (AHTG), offers a supportive 12‑month Graduate Program designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and help you discover your unique career direction. We’re AHTG – home to Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy, Tashacare and Avina – with over 400 therapists supporting thousands of Australians across Victoria, NSW, SA and QLD. Guidance from a Graduate Program Officer (a recent grad who’s been in your shoes) to support you through your first 12 weeks. Monthly MDT meetings and access to leadership coaching to help you grow into the clinician you want to be. Tailored caseloads matched to your interests, location and experience level – with a gentle, supportive ramp‑up of billable hours. Generous professional development support, including a PD allowance, paid study leave, and quarterly recognition rewards. Travel reimbursement, annual leave loading and full administrative support so you can focus on your clients – not the paperwork. Flexible work options – full‑ or part‑time – with an ability to blend clinic, home‑based, community and WFH time for true work‑life balance. A newly renovated clinic with 12 consulting rooms, a sensory room and everything you need to do your best work (your own desk, laptop, and iPhone). A warm, inclusive, and collaborative team culture with regular social events, plenty of laughs and colleagues who genuinely want to see you thrive. What Your Week Looks Like Gentle start: Your first month focuses on easing into practice, building confidence and feeling supported. 12‑week graduate orientation: Shadow experienced clinicians, develop soft skills and join tailored group supervision designed just for grads. Week 1: No KPIs or billables – focus entirely on observation, learning and settling in. Capped caseload: Start with just 15 clients in your first month to keep things manageable. Ongoing support: Weekly check‑ins with your Graduate Program Officer and guidance from your Team Leader every step of the way. Smooth progression: Gradually increase your client load and billables, with dedicated intake and billing support to minimise admin stress. Billable Expectations Increase Gradually Months 3–5: 4 hours per day. Months 6–12: 5 hours per day. What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent). Registration (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia. Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
