About the Role We are currently seeking aqualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as aTrainer and Assessor , specialising in Aged, Disability, and Home Care. In this role, your initial focus will be on delivery of training, particularly of those working as Personal Care Workers supporting clients with medication. This role may involve marking of online assessments completed by students as directed by the RTO Manager. You’ll work closely with our education team to ensure training is compliant, engaging, and aligned with industry best practice and opportunities for continues improvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver and assess accredited training programs in line with industry and regulatory standards (both in class and assessment marking in LMS) Maintain accurate records within Learning Management Systems (LMS) Stay current with aged care practices, medication management standards, and RTO compliance requirements and training package rules. About You Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 equivalent) Demonstrated experience in a similar training/assessing role within an RTO environment Strong understanding of VET sector compliance and Standards for RTOs Competency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS – Cloud Assess or similar ) and Microsoft Office Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel as required.
