The Opportunity We’re seeking a Business Development Manager —ideally a mining engineer with strong technical and commercial acumen—to identify and advance opportunities that add value to Patronus’ asset base. In this Perth-based role , you’ll be home every night while working on high-impact, strategic projects that shape the company’s future. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate exploration, development and corporate opportunities. Conduct technical and economic assessments for open pit and underground projects. Lead and coordinate technical studies (Scoping, PFS, strategic options). Develop and maintain financial models and opportunity databases. Support due diligence, negotiation, and transaction processes. Collaborate across technical, finance, and land access teams. About You Degree in Mining Engineering (postgraduate studies in finance or business advantageous). 10+ years’ experience in mining and project evaluation. Proficient in mine design and evaluation software (e.g. Deswik, Datamine, Surpac, Whittle). Adaptable, analytical, and comfortable with rapid change.
