Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs. Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome them. Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner. Perform store-specific measurements. Perform accurate cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process. Hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity. Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer. Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants. Recommend Product Solutions. Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer. Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write, and count accurately. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance. Working Conditions Generally working inside with moderate noise; outdoor lots and indoor floors are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.). Work shifts vary but are generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Traveling between store locations in your personal vehicle is required, often for long periods. Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Ability to travel as required. Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment. Lift or reach merchandise overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently. Access all store areas safely. Operate store equipment such as computers, cash registers, etc. Read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation. Handle and be in contact with birds/poultry. Complete all required training successfully. Operate all necessary equipment, including forklifts and balers (if age-appropriate). Lifting up to 50 pounds. Drive a vehicle. Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Move throughout the store efficiently and safely during shifts.
