Description The ICT Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to the National Resource & Training Manager. Roles & Responsibilities Expected to support the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them including: Perform 3rd‑party onsite ISO audits Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure Document and report audit activities and results Resolve Technical Review (TR) issues to optimize lead time to customers Generate leads and opportunities across services, passing them to sales and supporting the Sales Team as required Support operations planning & scheduling by timely communication on dates for delivery of various services Support efficiency projects such as travel audits/trainings and non‑refundable activities Prioritize key customers and act as the Customer Manager for assigned projects, representing DNV professionally for delivery Ensure customer rapport and resolve any customer complaints Support sales activities in the ICT sector as a subject‑matter expert Maintain appropriate audit credentials and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed Benefits & Compensation Wellbeing: DNV understands the importance of physical and mental wellbeing and is aligned with our value of caring for our people. Minimum 3 years experience in the ICT industry. Must have completed an accredited Lead Auditor (LA) course of ISO. Additional LA courses in ISO are an added advantage. Knowledge of ICT related standards such as ISO. Knowledge of legal requirements related to the ICT sector. Strong work experience in quality, security, service management, business continuity in the ICT sector and willingness to conduct trainings in these areas. Additional qualification in other standards an advantage. Ability to work independently and in teams. Proven project and/or team leadership delivering service excellence. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills. Ability to speak very well in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work in an international team delivering and leading teams to produce high‑quality deliverables on time and on budget. Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel often with conflicting demands and timelines. Willingness to travel and work around Australia and other locations. Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
