Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join this prestigious luxury maison, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized service experience to an exclusive clientele. You will guide clients through the selection of exquisite pieces, offering expert knowledge and tailored recommendations that reflect their individual tastes and preferences. As a true ambassador for the brand, you will present each collection with passion and professionalism, ensuring every client interaction is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities Build long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Provide expert advice on gemstones, metals, and the intricate craftsmanship behind each piece, enabling confident purchasing decisions. Offer an elevated client experience, maintain discretion when handling private client information, and ensure secure handling of high‑value items. Achieve sales targets while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell. Manage client interactions and drive retention using retail point‑of‑sale and CRM systems. Skills & Experience Extensive knowledge of fine jewellery, including gemstones, metals, and design techniques. Proven track record of exceptional service within a luxury retail setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach. Ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients and navigate complex sales with confidence.
