Their portfolio includes pharmacy-led brands, with distribution across major retail partners including Priceline and Chemist Warehouse . As the business continues to expand, they are looking to bring on a Brand Manager / Marketing Executive to support both trade and digital marketing activity . Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across retail, pharmacy, and online channels. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across brand, trade, digital, and PR activity. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll support the delivery of brand and trade marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints, including: Assisting with the development and rollout of marketing and communication plans Supporting go‑to‑market activity for new products and brand launches Preparing product briefs and campaign materials for retail partners and PR agencies Coordinating promotional activity across trade, offline, and online channels, including websites Producing trade reporting and analysing data to inform and optimise marketing activity Attending and supporting PR events, pop‑ups, trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions Conducting market research and field visits across pharmacies, clinics, and retail locations Assisting with marketing copy across product descriptions, email campaigns, brochures, EDMs, and blogs Creating simple digital assets and campaign materials in Canva, including banners, social content, digital ads, and website assets What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline Experience supporting brand or marketing initiatives, ideally within beauty or skincare A genuine interest in skincare and exposure to beauty brands or products Capability across both digital marketing and traditional marketing channels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English The Culture This business values the contribution of every team member and encourages collaboration, adaptability, and problem‑solving.
