Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects across remote sites in WA. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Location Remote work sites between Broome, Derby & Fitzroy Crossing, WA Salary Range $170,000 – $200,000 Employment Type Full-time 6 months Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate construction activities across remote sites. Attend site meetings, inspect and quote jobs, and oversee material ordering and stock tracking. Maintain project timelines and act as the link between the Director and Supervisors. Track work progress, inspections, and ensure adherence to Safe Work Australia standards. Liaise diplomatically between trades, clients, and company representatives. Conduct client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance on-site. Ability to run a site independently and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in construction project management. Minimum 1-2 years of construction project management experience required. Intermediate user proficiency in MS Projects, Procore or similar project management software required. Strong understanding of construction machinery and processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in remote environments and adapt to varying site conditions. Benefits & Compensation Company Vehicle: Provided by CMT. Accommodation: Provided by CMT (varies by site – options include caravan, FX shed, or rental accommodation). Competitive salary package within the range of $170k–$200k.
