We are seeking a motivated and passionate recruitment resourcer to assist with managing our temporary and permanent recruitment. The role is 3 days per week on Mon, Wed and Thurs. The Company: Established in 1998, we supply recruitment services to the dental and medical industry Australia wide. The position is an office based role in Kogarah. Responsibilities Sourcing candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates Regularly contact existing candidates to ensure they have the best possible experience Answering and transferring all incoming calls Build relationships with candidate pool and develop trust Ad hoc administration and reporting duties as required Qualifications Intermediate to advanced computer skills Good command of the English language Good understanding on the concept of customer service and the importance of follow up Able to work well in a fast paced environment Ability to problem solve Self-motivated and a team player Experience in either dental or recruitment is essential Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service focused role whether that be in recruitment or the dental or medical industry.
