We currently have the opportunity for a Project Engineer Electrical to join our Projects team.
THE ROLE
As part of our Projects division, this role is responsible for carrying out end to end Electrical Project Coordination of multiple Greenfields and/or Brownfields projects.
Based in our Perth Head Office with time on site as required, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. It will include:Detailing and documenting all phases of projectsPlan all materials, ensuring optimal utilisation of all resourcesManage scheduling of work and preparation of detailed work-packsMonitor procurement to ensure work crews have all required plant, equipment and materials required to conduct works correctlyEnsure that all variations to scope and or specifications are approved, documented and claims maximised without adversely affecting the client relationshipIdentify, investigate, record, monitor and report on actions, resolutions, and costs of identified vendor NCRsReview completed site quality documentation and compile close out documentationsOversee invoicing to ensure all works are invoiced accurately and within the required timeframesEnsure all projects are completed in accordance with client and statutory quality and safety requirementsProvide weekly & monthly reportsMonitor and manage Electrical Quality and Statutory Documentation and SystemsConduct regular audits on electrical activitiesAssist with project plans and the project manager as requiredWHO WE ARELinkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. To be considered you will have the following:
Electrical Engineering DegreeStrong knowledge of engineering design concepts and practicesSound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera 6Comprehensive understanding of electrical constructionPrevious shutdown and contract experienceAbility to communicate efficiently at all levelsEfficient at diagnosing and resolving design and functional issues arising during constructionAbility to deliver high quality work under strict deadlinesA National Police CheckAustralian work rightsBe able to attend a pre-employment medicalIN RETURN
