Our mission is to feed families globally, through premium quality products, exceptional service and sustainable practices The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plant Manager, to oversee all business operations of our flagship, Murray Bridge Beef processing plant. With a focus on continuous improvement and operational optimisation, WHS, P&L and workforce performance, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact to the business. Due to continued growth, Murray Bridge operations also have a future site expansion planned, with future operations increasing. Supported by a project team, this role will be a key leader in the planning, execution and implementation of the expansion. Integrating and optimising process operations. About The Role Management of entire Beef processing plant WHS and food safety focus P&L management Strategic and operational management GMP and HACCP environment Stakeholder engagement and reporting What We Are Looking For Formal qualifications in Meat or Food Processing or relevant experience Significant and successful experience in a leadership role, preferably in a meat processing environment Strong commercial mindset and capability to maximise revenue Understanding of the beef industry and full utilisation of product Ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement challenges High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills Effective delegation and time management skills If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would love for you to apply for the position.
