About The Opportunity Are you organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Redcliffe team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to permanent employment. There is also an opportunity to broaden your experience by developing clinical skills and supporting our team as a Clinical Assistant in a dual-role capacity, should you wish to do so. As a Medical Receptionist, Your Responsibilities Will Include Providing the first point of contact for patients, including in-person and telephone registrations, bookings, triage, and general enquiries Processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing billing and invoicing Using our booking system efficiently and accurately Supporting administrative functions such as outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager About You Flexibility to work varying hours, including Saturday availability Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine dedication to patient care Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and efficient service Confidence adapting to different databases and electronic systems Previous reception experience, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment Why Work with Qscan Group?
