Transport Planning Administrator

About the role Based in the administrative office on site at Mayfield, as the Transport Planning Administrator, you will be an instrumental part of the transport planning team, communicating between operations, transport providers and key internal stakeholders. The primary function of this administrative role is the daily load planning activities across our national supply chain, ensuring safe and optimal planning outcomes are achieved and our customer promise is met. Key responsibilities Plan deliveries in accordance with our customer promise, utilising road, rail and sea freight Undertake load consolidation activities to maximise volumes and deliver to our customers on time and in full Optimise delivery performance and proactively identify areas for improvement We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive, positive, can‑do mindset to everything they do.
