Cyber Security Operations Specialist Davidson is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Specialist to play a key role in protecting critical infrastructure and information systems across Australia and New Zealand. Base pay range A$130,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr Location & Employment Location: Brisbane, QLD Employment type: Full-Time Seniority level: Entry level Industries: Technology, Information and Internet Responsibilities Managing and coordinating security incident response, analysis, and recovery Leading vulnerability management and system hardening activities Running simulation exercises and staff security awareness training Monitoring security events, threat intelligence, and protective controls Supporting the development and refinement of cyber response plans Working closely with IT and business teams to ensure secure operations Qualifications 5+ years' experience in a cyber security operations, analyst, or engineering role Proven experience in threat detection, incident response, and cyber monitoring Familiarity with security tools like SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners Solid understanding of cyber frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical risk High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion Application instructions Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
