We are seeking an experienced Back of House Cook and Kitchen 2nd Assistant to join our team. As we continue to expand, with more stores opening in 2024 in CBD and Chermside, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth. Key Responsibilities: Expertise in meal preparation from menu items. Proficient in deep frying and stove/fire work techniques. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during very busy lunch periods. Ability to manage ingredient inventory and ensure proper stock levels during busy periods. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and delivering exceptional results. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a cook, with a strong focus on Back of House operations in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional chopping skills and expertise in the preparation of sauces and ingredients. Full availability for various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
