About Us Genomic Diagnostics is a Healius business. Healius employs 8,500+ passionate people, with an expansive network of over 100 medical laboratories and patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. Genomic Diagnostics provides comprehensive genomic testing, spanning reproductive health, oncology, inherited disease, and personalised medicine to an extensive network of public and private hospitals and community referrers across Australia. Our primary focus is to provide high quality and timely genomic information to assist in clinical decision-making and diagnosis of disease. What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio within our diagnostic genetic testing range. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy of your assigned product area, helping to ensure our offerings meet the needs of healthcare providers and support better patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle from ideation to product launch of your assigned product portfolio Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including laboratory, clinical, marketing, sales, and operations Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy and improvements Support the development of go‑to‑market strategies and product launch plans Create and maintain marketing and educational materials to support uptake and understanding Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow and optimise your portfolio Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and regulatory standards What Type of Person Will Be Successful We believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in.
