Background In this instance, we have been engaged by a very recognisable firm that is in the midst of significant enterprise wide change. As one of their strategic pillars of change, they have undertaken a complex ERP program of work, as they shift to a cloud ERP solution and transform across Finance and HR. The Assignment We are looking for a suitably experienced Technology Program Manager (Lead) that has led the technology aspects of multiple ERP implementations, upgrades or transformations . Ideally you will have more than 15 years professional technology delivery experience, and it is desirable that you have deep levels of expertise across one of the major vendor solutions (Workday, Oracle or SAP ). You will be adept at managing a myriad of cross functional teams and collaborators including client IT teams, vendor and systems integrators (SI). A key part of this role will be to manage the integrations into dozens of other systems, and you will lead the program technology direction across integration and data architectures. We are after that rare (in our opinion at least) combination of ability to manage and influence across senior level stakeholders (including CIO, Finance & HR execs), plus maintain a hands‑on visibility of concurrent project stream plans and ensure orchestration of delivery. About you Above all else, you will bring first class credentials and reputation for your program delivery work. Beyond suitable technical background and groundings, you will have developed superior risk and vendor management capabilities, and be able to harness the hearts & minds of people in your teams. You will be able to evidence strong prior experience in facilitation and leading proactive problem solving, and drive the management of critical dependencies (including back into the CIO's team).
