ABOUT THE ROLE This is a permanent, full‑time position (42 hours per week) on sportsman dayshift only roster . Our Boddington Bauxite Mine is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour). Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches, and world‑famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night. Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Boddington as there is no accommodation on site. As the Supervisor Drill & Blast you will be responsible for providing frontline leadership that ensures safe, compliant and efficient drill and blast execution while supporting crew performance and consistent production outcomes. Key Deliverables for the Role Coordinating daily D&B activities to meet operational schedules. Monitoring quality, compliance and field standards across all tasks. Partnering with technical, production & maintenance teams to optimise outcomes. Driving continuous improvement and contributing to incident reviews.
