Executive Assistant to Successful Sales Agent Base pay range: A$70,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr *Base salary + bonus structure + training and development initiatives *Opportunity for growth and being constantly inspired working alongside a high performing sales agent *Engaging networking events throughout the year About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key player in the business, directly influencing the team's performance and success. Responsibilities Running agent calendar, inbox, prep, and digital comms Owning all vendor communication and campaign milestones Coordinating listings from Form 6 to settlement with no steps missed Leading daily huddles, tracking GCI, and driving team accountability Enforcing premium brand presence, personal standards, and five-star service Identifying and delivering process improvements each quarter Qualifications Experience in real estate operations and confident in listing-to-settlement execution. Minimum 2-3 years would be highly desirable and strong operational performance. Required Skills Exceptionally organised and able to manage complex priorities without missing a beat A confident communicator who leads with clarity, courage, and care Technically strong – CRM (Rex, VaultRE, AgentBox), Monday.com, Google Suite Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and serious about results A culture carrier who leads by example and doesn’t settle for average Ready to Apply?
