ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, your primary job function is to assist with the direction of the sales team to generate vehicle sales and ensure they are meeting targets. This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to take the next step in their career towards a Sales manager position. WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN SALES A Senior Sales Consultant with a proven record of sales performance, 2IC or current Retail Sales Manager LEAD a team, gain buy-in and drive sales outcomes Be an effective communicator and team player Motivate and inspire others Take ownership and be empowered to achieve Customer first attitude High level knowledge of automotive dealership sales process and department operations Acute attention to detail The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements A willingness to develop professional skills with a desire to progress into senior management How to APPLY/ENQUIRE: Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
