About The Role Due to internal movement, the Northeast Auto Group is looking to welcome a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Port Augusta, this role is crucial to the experience of our customers entering our dealership. Key Responsibilities Operate a busy phone switchboard and walk in inquiries. Provide hospitality for customer and visitors in the dealership. Ensure the presentation of the showroom and meeting rooms are always impeccable. Carry out a range of general administrative duties. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Work closely with other team members including sales and technicians, to ensure a seamless customer experience. About You You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales. Prior reception or customer service experience (essential) A friendly, client-focused attitude (essential) Drivers licence (essential) Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Passionate about the automotive industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to details and strong problem solving skills Customer focused mindset Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
