Join us as we continue to make a difference.... The Position Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; no evenings/weekend; Hours 8:30am to 5:30pm EST schedule with great PTO and holidays. Pharmacy Details: Closed door mail order specialty pharmacy Location: 495 Keller Rd, Orlando, FL 32751 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment. Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence. Provides weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes. Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction. Completes daily timecard review, quarterly performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement. Maintains team morale and employee retention by serving as point of contact for questions and concerns. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: Florida Pharmacy Technician License - required National Pharmacy Technician Certification - preferred Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams) Experience: 2-4 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician supervisor required. 5+ years’ experience as pharmacy technician supervisor preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must continually lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Conveyor belt, heat sealer, manual pallet jack.
