We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager – Shell Card to join our Shell Card team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high‑performing national team of Enterprise & Fleet Account Managers, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to our Shell Card customers across Australia. Job Description Leadership, coaching and development for a national team of Enterprise & Fleet Key Account Managers. Strategic planning and execution to drive growth across the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio. Guidance on customer strategic account plans, ensuring strong partnerships and long‑term growth. Exceptional stakeholder engagement across Shell Card, Marketing, Customer Service and Retail teams. Oversight of marketing execution in collaboration with Shell Card Marketing. Relationship‑building with major enterprise & government customers, supporting key negotiations. Development of new growth opportunities including Future Fuels, Convenience and Quick Service Restaurants. Operational support and problem‑solving across the portfolio. Interstate travel to engage with customers and support your team. Qualifications About you: Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, with strong capability in account management, tenders, pricing and negotiations. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing high‑performing sales teams. Highly commercial with the ability to deliver strong financial outcomes across complex portfolios. Strong strategic thinking with experience developing and executing growth strategies. Excellent relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload, prioritising effectively across a dispersed team. Customer‑obsessed, with a passion for building partnerships and delivering exceptional value.
