Process Mining Architect

As a Process Mining Solution Architect, you’ll provide technical leadership across solution design, data engineering, and process analytics to deliver measurable value. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies, design innovative solutions, and drive adoption of process mining capabilities that streamline operations and improve performance. What You’ll Do Designing and implementing process mining strategies and solutions that align with business objectives. Leading and mentoring the Process Intelligence team, including senior data engineers, to build a high-performing capability. Leading the implementation of Agile methodology for process mining projects, ensuring timely delivery and achieving value realization. Collaborating with internal teams and external platform providers to optimise data models and maintain data quality. Crafting and presenting persuasive arguments to showcase the influence of the proposed solution. What You Bring Proven experience in process mining, solution design, and data engineering, with strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and Java. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions. Proficient in Agile project management and collaborating with various parties in intricate settings. Ability to mentor teams and lead training programs to build organisational capability.
