The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking applications for a Test Lead, to join the Information Technology team, internally known as the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG). This ongoing full-time hybrid role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Sydney or Perth. Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is APS6: $94,563.00 - $106,394 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%. About the opportunity Reporting to Assistant Director Product Management, the Test Lead is a newly created role intended to provide structure, guidance and coordination of testing activities for CMS’ and related business applications. The Test Lead role provides leadership on product management opportunities, risks and provides advice and status to product owners, product managers and stakeholders. The role will deliver well-reasoned, structured, actions and insights into performance and achieving quality service delivery and user products. Working closely with other ETG colleagues and representatives from business areas, you will also learn new skills and have the opportunity to contribute to key organisational and strategic initiatives. About the team The CMS Products section, and ETG more broadly, are geographically dispersed and enjoy flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to regularly work from home. This position forms part of a small, cross functional team supporting our CMS’ and related business applications. About you: To be successful in this role you will have: Extensive experience in designing, documenting and executing test plans. Excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively, develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow; Experience testing bespoke case management systems Have the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance The Tribunal requires Australian Citizenship as a condition of engagement. All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment.
