We are seeking a passionate new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Wagga Wagga region. There is opportunity to tailor your caseload according to your skills and areas of interest, including: NDIS - assessment and community-based capacity building Equipment prescription and home modifications Aged care assessments Workplace rehabilitation ADL assessments Ergonomics and design What we offer: A structured skill development pathway for lifelong learning, supported within the local Wagga office, as well as from the experienced network of staff within RehabCo across the state. Attractive salary package including a company car (for work/personal use) Supportive management Commitment to professional development (5 days and $2,000 per year) Flexible work conditions and diverse caseload The candidate: Qualification in Occupational Therapy, registered with AHPRA Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for a healthy workplace culture. Strategic thinker, with strong organisational skills. National Police Check and Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or able to obtain).
