About your role: As a Graduate Occupational Therapist , I will deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under the NDIS and other funding models. I will support both children and adults in achieving their functional goals—focusing on independence, participation, and quality of life. Through collaboration with families, carers, and a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, I will learn to manage my caseload and calendar with guidance. Step by step, I will grow into a confident and capable therapist, ready to make a real difference. Our New Graduate Program Includes: A structured 3‑month onboarding plan Gradual caseload and calendar build‑up (metered start) Weekly supervision and regular check‑ins Peer mentoring and clinical huddles Wraparound supports from your multi‑disciplinary team Practical resources, tools, and admin assistance Ongoing professional development beyond the program I’m passionate about empowering people with disabilities and creating real, positive change.
