Education & Childcare Services Sydney - CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs Permanent / Full Time Job No : About the role We are seeking an Area Manager for New South Wales to champion exceeding quality practice and continuous improvement across 6 Services. You will coach and mentor the leadership teams to deliver compliance, quality practices, continuous improvements, child safety practices and collaborative employee relations. Specific responsibilities include: Reporting directly to Operations Team on agreed operational, quality and compliance KPIs. Successfully lead a team of 6 direct reports. Support Centre Managers and Educators before, during and after A&R. Embed core operating processes. Ensure full compliance reporting on incidents and action prevention strategies.
