Tip Top Bendigo are currently seeking 2x Bakery Assistants to join the team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will operate machinery, ensure our production runs smoothly, and adhere to food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Location: Bendigo Site Based. Immediate starts available. Pay: $37.98 p/hr (Including Casual Loading). Roster: On Call. Purpose of the Role Assist with production and packing of product. Assist with machine operation. Cleaning duties as required. Complete operational documentation. Carry out manual handling tasks safely. Maintain hygienic equipment and work stations/areas. About You Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred). Strong safety focus, working in a team environment. Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated. Passion for food safety. Adaptable and flexible. Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
